The company has experienced field teams, working under a dedicated Director Operations, which can operate throughout Pakistan in coordination with the clients’ plans. Having worked for a long time in IPR field our teams have developed a good understanding with Law Enforcement Agencies like Police, FIA, Health department, Civil Defence and Community Development Branches of District Governments.

Presently it is operating from Multan in South Punjab and Interior Sindh, being the badly affected markets by counterfeits and not accessible to parties operating from major cities like Lahore or Karachi. Depending on the increase in operation in other cities and demand of the clients more offices can be opened in other cities to quickly handle the targets.

Operations are normally conducted in following steps:

• Step 1: Signing of MOU with the clients for IPR Operation to protect their brands registered with Registrars of Copyright and Trademarks, from Counterfeits and Infringements. The client thus authorizes the consultants to operate on behalf of their firm.
• Step 2: Consultation with the Clients, study the threat of counterfeiting and infringements to their products by visiting affected markets to collect detailed information. A network of informers is in place for collection of information however information provided by the sales teams is also evaluated during survey of the markets.
• Step 3: Based on the collected information, client is briefed about the IPR threat found in the markets and to plan further course of action.
• Step 4: It is the execution of Legal Action. May it be a raid with the help of Law Enforcement Agency, filing suit in the court to get Injunction against the violator to restrain him from manufacturing, marketing, supply and sale of counterfeit products or having Arbitration session with them to amicably settle the issue without creating any mis-understanding. If a raid has to be conducted, then client is informed of the post raid formalities.

We have a competent legal team to handle all the court matters starting from a Magistrate to Supreme Court, including IP Tribunals at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. It is supervised by our Director Legal.
