CEO, Colonel Muhammad Iftikhar Ahmad Khan (Retired), is heading this organization, having vast experience in the field of Protection of Intellectual Property Rights. He served in Pakistan Army for about 31 years at various appointments. After retirement, he served in Security 2000 (Pvt) Limited as General Manager (IP) for 4.5 years. Later he was enrolled by Unilever Pakistan Limited as National Brands Protection Manager on 1st March 2006. He served in Unilever for almost 12.5 years. He has following qualifications and achievements at his credit:

An elected Member of World Association of Detectives (WAD), USA since 2005
A trained Investigator on Intellectual Property Crimes from The International Intellectual Property Crimes Investigators College (IIPCIC) UK, run by INTERPOL.
An elected General Secretary & Coordinator of renowned Brand Protection Solutions organization ACIF (Anti Counterfeit and Infringement Forum) for 10 years. It is a unique industrial alliance in Pakistan, striving to raise awareness about protection of IPRs, to create level playing field for the legitimate industry and better protection of the rights of consumers.
Served in Unilever Pakistan Limited for about 12.5 years as National Brands Protection Manager and possesses ample experience of working in IPR field for the last 19 years.
Had organized several Seminars, Media Workshops, Training Sessions for Traders and Traders Meetings for their awareness.
Got a chance to attend Seminars and Workshops with IPO Pakistan and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Also delivered presentations on these forums highlighting practical IPR problems in Pakistan.
Remained an active member of Enforcement Committee of IPO Pakistan.
Has practical experience of conducting raids for FMCGs, Oil Companies. Pharmaceuticals, Electro Medical Equipment, Pesticides, Cigarettes, Detergents and Publishers etc.
Conducted training Sessions of IP Teams of Unilever Pakistan Limited and other ACIF member companies.
